Lynette wrote and sought that the application to the Guardianship List be dismissed. She was ignored. This is her letter.

The Evidence of Dr Clarke was ignored, along with all the other evidence of Lynette's competence and the Public Advocate was asked to investigate. This is that order.

A letter by Lynette which states "I am no longer under the jurisdiction of the Victorian Tribunal"

Lynette Croll wrote to the Tribunal after their decision that they did not have jurisdiction seeking copies of the documentation provided by her daughters and she was ignored. She also advised that she had been poisoned with mercury.

The Tribunal had a hearing to which Trevor and Lynette Croll did not receive a notice and over the phone some time later were told that the application was dismissed as the Guardianship Tribunal did not have Jurisdiction. Lynette Croll was competent and living in Queensland at the time.

I find it amazing how they can justify the time and effort, a year, against four reports indicating competence, that they put Lynette Croll through. The time, the money and the stress of the attack took its toll and they bear no responsibility for this.

In this order this statement is made:  "The applications were supported by reports from Dr Mona Sherif and Ms Patricia Sheridan (Senior Neuropsychologist) that indicated that Mrs Croll was suffering from a level of cognitive impairment and that her condition had not stabilised. A rather inconclusive medical report from Dr D.S. Dhillon dated 05 April 2004 was later submitted to the Tribunal" The report of Ms Sheridan concluded that Lynette was competent. Lynette was never showed the reports of Dr Mona Sherif. Dr D.S. Dhillon wrote a letter for Lynette which stated that in his opinion Lynette was competant. She was entitled to know what her accusers were saying, she had asked for and looked at the file and Dr Mona Sherif's reports was not there. The Guardianship Tribunal set out to ambush Lynette Croll.

The Guardianship Tribunal was further harassment of Lynette Croll.
