Faye Johnson and Leonie Dore wrote to the VCAT Guardianship Tribunal with an array of accusations against Trevor, most of which were just not true. 

Trevor responded with an affidavit.

The will was not changed by Trevor Croll and that this is the case is supported by the fact that probate was granted on the will.

The estate did eventually get an audit and it was found that Trevor did not take any of Nette's assets as is claimed.

The "Urban area" that would be flooded is in fact farm land and the dam is about 1 acre - not 10.

Lynette Croll was fully competent and should have been left alone to manage her businesses and to get a fair chance to grieve the loss of her husband of 55years.

Lynette Croll had recovered from her stroke to the extent that she was still managing her businesses, writing cheques and banking cheques, performing farm work including driving vehicles around the farm and driving her car between Bunyip and Longwarry. Lynette was frail and Trevor was helping her by doing the physical work.

Trevor and Lynette had a good relationship and Lynette was happy with Trevor. This is supported by the Neuropsychological reports of Dr. Vowels.

Lynette sent Faye packing - forced her to leave the family home because of the things she did such as stealing Lynette's possessions and harassing her.
