Lynette sought access to her file to find out what her daughters had said about her. When Lynette and Trevor went to 55 King Street, Melbourne to view the file they saw two files and was told that they could not see one of them as they contained private notes and documents.

In the final report where the application was dismissed reference is made to a Doctor's report, Dr Mona Sherif, that is unknown to Lynette and Trevor.
