Casey-Cardinia Casey Cardinia Library Corporation Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Doveton, Pakenham     What happened in this estate is very complicated.

The reason Harry Croll made Trevor Croll an executor with his mother Lynette Croll was so Trevor would take over the administration of this estate. Faye Johnson had been through Nigel Quick's house and had stolen his gold florins, precious gem collection, his gold watch and other items of value. The beneficiary, Lucinda Quick, had accused David Quick of taking most of the chattels that were of considerable value.

Lucinda Quick had reported Harry to the Police as having stolen the property that Faye Johnson had taken and Harry was finding this estate very stressful. Lucinda contested the will of her father in the Supreme Court and her motivation was that David had taken the very valuable chattels that her father had left her. This was not the case.

The Solicitors Hamilton & Telford in Drouin were causing Trevor grief by not being honest with him and he had tried to sack them as solicitors. Mr. Carlo Moscato had written to the beneficiaries seeking to have himself be appointed executor.

Without Probate the solicitors could not be sacked.  Hamilton & Telford were dismissed as executors and Trevor took over the management of this estate from them.

It took Hamilton & Telford three weeks to put the file together and in that file were letters going back and forth to Actuaries in Melbourne. Carlo was expressing his disbelief that Probate had been granted and they were confirming that a search of the file showed that Probate had been granted.

At mediation a settlement was reached which was agreed soon afterwards. The legal documents generated in this dispute was over 1 foot high.
