The CON

Casey-Cardinia Casey Cardinia Library Corporation Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Doveton, Pakenham Robert Scott - the decision maker at the Tribunal tried to Con Lynette into consenting to an Administration and Guardianship order.

Lynette and Trevor's health had deteriorated and they were both going to Dr Hanner at Your Health in Camberwell for treatment which included EDTA Chelation therapy. They did not know it at the time that they were being poisoned with mercury. They had observed that often after being out things in the house had changed and this was noted and reported to Ray De Reus of the Bunyip Police who did nothing. Faye Johnson - the daughter - had lived in the house and had keys to the house. We now realise that the food in the refrigerator was being laced with mercury.

Faye had bragged that she was friends with John Billings at the Guardianship Tribunal and circumstances were showing that this may be the case. The Tribunal hearings were moved to King Street Melbourne, the Tribunal's head office. A letter was written to John Billings telling him he was not fit to sit in the Tribunal.

The issue was whether Lynette Croll was competent to manage her own affairs. Faye Johnson and Leonie Dore brought out the knives against Trevor when they wrote to the Guardianship Tribunal.

Lynette wrote to the Tribunal to tell them what she wanted from them. Another letter was sent. Lynette also provided the Guardianship Tribunal with an affidavit which put into evidence what she wanted and the facts. This was not good enough.

Casey-Cardinia Casey Cardinia Library Corporation Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Doveton, Pakenham Robert Scott tried to con Lynette that if she consented to an administrator and guardian this would protect her from her daughters and that they would not be able to harass her any more. When Lynette realised what this meant in that she would no longer be able to write cheques or run her business she was shocked and horrified that that man, Robert Scott, had tried to con her.

Lynette wrote to the Guardianship Tribunal requesting a re-hearing and dismissal of the application. They took no notice of her and continued their attempt to get control of her and her assets. Read this letter.
